Wonderful location, comfortable if traveling light, quiet rooms.
The hotel is perfectly located, walking distance to Akihabara, restaurants and train stations
The rooms are very small, for a single person is fine but for two is crowded if you are traveling with 2 or more suitcases

What was the highlight of Ochanomizu Inn
Good location, kind staff, clean rooms.
Location was a quick walk away from the train station (also Ochanomizu, which had a rapid line going to key places like Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc), and maybe a 10-15 min walk to Akihabara. Place was very clean and you can avail of breakfast if you'd like. The hotel was near a 7/11 and Family Mart if ever you need a quick bite. Heating works well. Staff was very helpful and would get to your requests immediately.
Rooms were quite small - if you have 2 luggages or more and are sharing it can get quite tight. Airconditioning doesn't work so best solution if you're feeling hot is to open the window. Staff will try their best to understand you, but just know that they are not fluent in English.

Nice business hotel with a great, convenient location and with friendly staff
Ochanomizu Inn has a very good location. It's a short walk away from Akihabara. It is also very near two metro lines and two JR train lines. There are a lot of universities and hospitals nearby, so it's a nice quiet area too. The hotel staff are all very friendly, even though they speak only a little bit of English. My booking included breakfast, which was a nice start to my day.
This is a Japanese business hotel. It's meant for short stays on business. For me, I stayed for almost three weeks to attend a Japanese language course in Suidobashi. So I booked my stay here for the location and convenience. The room is quite small, but I managed to adapt. The bed and pillow also should be more comfortable, but I was able to sleep ok.
